1. Welcome and apologies

2. To approve the President’s Report for the year ended 30 June 2025

3. To consider and adopt the Financial Statements of Performance of the Club for

the year ended 30 June 2025

4. To confirm the appointment of Brett Chambers as Auditor of the Club for the

2025-6 year

5. To approve the Club’s 5 year Strategic Plan (2026-30) which was emailed to

members on 18 July 2025

6. To adopt the 2025-6 financial year budget

7. To elect officers for the Club for the forthcoming year:

President, Vice President, Club Captains (2) and other Committee members (4)

8. To consider any General Business item.

If any member has a matter that they wish to discuss under General Business

could they please let the President know about the topic by email to

heenan@xtra.co.nz by 18th September, 2025.

There will be a Register of Attendees at the Meeting. Could you please make

sure to write down your name and your signature on the Register when you arrive.

NOMINATION OF 2025 – 26 OFFICERS OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE OF THE CLUB

With the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Club on the Saturday 20 September 2025

nominations of the executive officers and other members of the Management Committee are now open.

Executive officers

. President

. Vice President

. Men’s Captain/Representative

. Women’s Captain/Representative

Other committee members

. Four (4) Other committee members

. (from these, one member will be appointed by the Committee as Secretary and another will

be appointed Finance Convenor)

Nominations must be:

. in writing on the approved form (attached);

. proposed and seconded by two (2) financial club members; and

. signed by the person being nominated, along with a signed “consent to be nominated”.

The names of those nominated as Executive Officers and/or Other Committee members, and the names of the Proposer and Seconder will be displayed in the Club House at least seven (7) days prior to the date of the AGM. They will also be emailed to members at the same time. `

Nominations can be delivered to the Club office in person, or scanned and returned by email to hanmerspringsgolfclub@gmail.com .

Nominations will close at 4pm on Saturday, 13September, 2025
