Brent Berry won the club day golf competition which was a par round. Brent had a score of +1. 

Adam Jack and Sam Gavin had 2's.

Nearest the pin was Adam Jacks.

Ner Eagles was struck by Gordon Simpson, Howard Chellew, and Scott Callaway.

Ladies Golf Update 

Earlier this week Nicky, Carolyn, Bev, Maree, Louise and Sandra travelled to Cheviot to compete in the annual Hurunui Plate competition. The format for this competition is a Canadian Foursomes. After a good day’s golf Cheviot emerged as the winners. Hanmer were placed fourth out of the six teams entered

Calling all Members

As you are aware, the club has been working towards improving and updating our facilities. Work has slowly been ticking along with the roof being fully repainted, the varanda cover extended to the door, a protection wall around the outside seating area, and new tables and flooring.

The next step is to get the outside finished with a lick of paint. This is where we need your help.

On Monday 15th May we would like to ask for your help.  

Starting at 9.30AM with a cuppa and a brief from Peter

10am - Get Into It, starting with sanding and preparing the windows and walls of the exterior of the club house and garage.  

12pm - Break for lunch that will be supplied. 

3.30 - Knock off with a beer or two.

Any help is appreciated and will help make a difference.
