A message from Roger Stockton.
Club President.
Hi Everyone.
This is the last newsletter to be sent out during my time as president of our golf club, so I would like to say a few words to those of you who will not get to the A.G.M. on Saturday.
It has been a pleasurable three years, during which we have achieved many changes.both to the clubhouse , with painting the outside and roof, building the entertainment area facing the 18th green, providing new outdoor furniture, and installing new heat pumps, and to the course, with all new signs, changing the course around to finish outside the clubhouse, building new shelter huts, and installing all new irrigation to the back nine. The current committee has worked very hard to achieve these things, and the staff has been exceptional in getting things done. I thank them all and the tireless work done by Dad's Army for the progress that has been made.
There are lots of changes, all of which follow the strategic plan for the future.
I wish the new incoming president and committee all the very best wishes for the future.
