For five days last week the Hanmer Golf Club was buzzing with 40 9 hole and 72 18 hole women

The weather varied from wet and cold to very hot, but that didn’t stop some very good golf being
played.
The 18 holers the winners were:

Thankyou very much to our major sponsors, Stephanie, Bill and Rosina at Kjole style. Also, Annie

Hanmer Springs Golf Club Course Rennovations.

A reminder that we will be performing greens rennovations on the 19th and 20th of March.

The course will be partially open but with some restrictrions. We appreciate your patience.

This work will help remove excess thatch – firming up the surface, for quicker, smoother greens. Excess thatch can lead to poor rooting plants, disease pressure, poor fertilizer/fungicide use, improper water usage, and a very poor putting surface.
