Membership Subscriptions Frozen

Your invoice for next year's subscriptions will be sent soon by email, and we have some good news for you.

It's been a busy and successful year at Hanmer Springs Golf Club.

Our green fee income has increased by over 20%, and our major tournaments have all been well-attended and profitable. The club has successfully increased its revenue from the course operations, equipment rentals, clubroom rentals, and bar sales. At the same time, we have reduced our cost of sales, wages, and on-course expenditure.

To express gratitude to our members and ensure everyone benefits from this achievement, the committee has decided to freeze membership subscription costs at last year's levels. In an inflationary world, this is indeed good news.

Monday Office Closures Through Winter

In a cost-saving exercise, the office will be closed

on Mondays through July and August.

The course will remain open for play and the honesty box will be in operation.

Please keep this in mind if you require access to the office or cart shed over these months.

Ladies North Canterbury Interclub.

On Monday Jade, Louise, Boio and Fiona represented Hanmer in the final round of the North Canterbury Interclub competition played at Culverden. Their 2 1/2 to 1 1/2 win put Hanmer into second place behind Scargill for the overall competition.

Congratulations to all the ladies who played in this year’s Interclub competition on achieving a great result.
